Six Key Rules of Joya Games You Should Know
Each person may open only one account. Keeping your account information secure is your responsibility. Joya Games will never ask for your password by email.
Every bonus on Joya Games comes with wagering requirements that are published upfront. Once you claim a bonus, winnings from it cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met — this is made clear from the start.
There are no hidden charges on deposits or withdrawals. However, separate conditions apply to bonus-linked funds. All payments must be made through a registered payment method.
Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties. Data may only be disclosed when required by law.
All games are RNG-audited. Joya Games reserves the right to close any account found attempting to cheat or gain an unfair advantage.
Users under 18 may not open an account. Members can set their own limits or take a temporary break at any time.
To open an account with Joya Games, you must be at least 18 years old. All information provided at registration must be accurate — using a false name, incorrect number, or someone else's identity will result in the account being closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Each person may open a maximum of one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, Joya Games reserves the right to close all of them. Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same address, but support must be notified in advance.

Every bonus on Joya Games comes with specific wagering requirements. Wagering means you must place a set amount of bets using the bonus funds before any winnings earned from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳1,000 in bets.
The welcome bonus can only be claimed once. Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days from the date of issue — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. The full terms of each promotion are clearly stated on that offer's page.
Before claiming any bonus, visit that promotion's page and read through the terms. Pay particular attention to the Wagering Requirement or rollover figure. This way, there will be no confusion down the line.
All deposits and withdrawals on Joya Games must be made through a payment method registered in the member's own name. Using someone else's bKash or Nagad number may result in the transaction being held and additional time required for verification.
Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals — especially for larger amounts. Submitting a photo of your National ID or other valid ID to support typically completes verification within 1 hour. Joya Games does not charge any fees on transactions, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
All bets placed on Joya Games are considered final — once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical issue occurs or the event is cancelled. In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are the ones that apply.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or indefinitely delayed, bets placed on that event are generally refunded. However, specific rules may apply for certain sports — for example, in cricket, if the Duckworth-Lewis method is applied, the result will be determined accordingly.
Tip: Maximum payout limits may apply to large wins. Before placing a bet, check the betslip for the maximum winnable amount.
Using the Joya Games platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes money laundering, fraud, collecting bonuses across multiple accounts (bonus abuse), and placing bets using automated bots or software.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts, exploiting platform security vulnerabilities, or trying to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Joya Games believes entertainment should be fun, not a burden. That's why we encourage every member to play responsibly. From your account settings, you can set your own daily deposit limit, cap your betting amount, or take a temporary break whenever you need one.
